Headquartered in Vienna (Austria) the company has an export share of almost 100%, more than 135 employees and, since 2017, a subsidiary in the USA. Lithoz'​ 3D printers are based on the LCM technology, which is the industrial standard technology in high-end markets including aerospace, industrial and medical. The 3D printers deliver quality, precision and reliability needed in serial production. Customers can benefit from a variety of outstanding materials ranging from alumina, zirconia, silicon nitride, silica-based for casting-core applications through medical grade bioceramics.

In June 2022 the company released its Laser-Induced Slipcasting technology, and also acquired CerAMing - the developer of the Layer-wise Slurry Deposition technology. With now three technologies on board, Lithoz has followed a strategic plan to be able to meet multiple customer demands with an “all from one source portfolio” of complementary, market-relevant processes in 3D printing for advanced ceramics.
